Multiple windows open up while debugging+hovering+scrolling

      While hovering some code in the editor during a debugger sessions AND simultaneously scrolling the editor document via the mouse wheel, multiple windows pop up.

      The Window decoration resembles debugger tooltips, but there is no content.

      If I click somewhere, the windows go into the background and accumulate. They can still be seen in the task switcher:
