CDB: Locals view shows scrambled data (using seasoned user settings with QtC 13)

Note: This happens with my user current, quite seasoned settings (which I attached to this report: QtProject.zip ). When starting Qt Creator 13 with clean settings, the locals view works well.
If I use Qt Creator 12.0.3 with the same settings, the Locals View displays good data. If nothing obvious is in the attached settings, I can narrow the issue down by removing settings bit by bit, until the issue disappears.
