The "Adding an Internal Library to a qmake Project" tutorial needs a rewrite

This wizard was originally qmake-only and the tutorial still uses qmake terminology in the first paragraph. In addition, there is a warning at the top that it only applies to qmake projects. However, in later paragraphs lots of references to cmake follow.

As a result, this tutorial is more or less unusable in its current state.
