Cannot set UTF-16-LE (BE) encoding for Hex viewer

      Qt Creator comes with a hex viewer, which allows visualisation of binary files.

      I wanted to see if the string --resizeQuirk is present in the file c:\Windows\System32\conhost.exe.

      I was not able to do this with Qt Creator since this is a UTF-16LE string.
