Changing CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX adds folder to file transfer

      1) Create a kit to deploy to remote linux
      2) Build the project
      3) See that under "Files To deploy" the "Target directory" is probably /usr/local/bin
      4) In cmake settings change CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX to e.g. "/tmp"
      5) Build the project
      6) See that now there are two destination directories under "Files to deploy".

      A workaround is to then close and reopen the project and build again.
