File can be deleted and modified externally without a warning

Test steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Delete or modify some file in the project externally from the file explorer

Result:
File is deleted and modified without a warning and no dialogs are displayed to user. This issue can be reproduced with Creator 14.0.0-beta1, but not with Creator 13.0.0. Attached screenshots are from Creator 13.0.0.
