environment editor has blinking cursor even when not focused

      When editing environment variables via the "build" or "run" setting pages, there is a text field that allows users to customize the environment. however the text cursor blinks even if the field doesn't have focus.

      compare attached screen recording: the cursor blinks both in the focussed "filter" field as well as the environment editor field
