Refactor menu doesn't show subvoices (QT project, c++)

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

• insert a new function definition in your header file
• right click on the function name
• select "Refactor" menu

EXPECTED:

• a submenu with some subvoice (f.e. "Create function definition in source") is displayed

WHAT HAPPEN INSTEAD:

• no submenu was displayed; sometimes, if you wait a lot of time, with the main menu opened, a new refactor selection shows the right submenu
