Wizards like new Qt Gui Application or C++ library show the Qt Versions page which should create as many build configurations as Qt Versions selected. However, when the project will be inserted into another one as a subproject, no build configuration will be created since build configurations exist only for top level projects.

We should show the Qt Versions page after the last page (i.e. when we already know if the new project will be the top level one or a subproject).
