[REG 14] Switch Header/Source via F4 does not work

    Description

      Switching between Header and Source files of C/C++ via F4 does not work in latest snapshots.

      Last working snapshot is from 07-Apr-2024: https://download.qt.io/snapshots/qtcreator/14.0/14.0.0-beta1/109/

      Tested on Windows 11 and Ubuntu 23.
