Rename 'Qt Designer' to 'Qt Widgets Designer'

      Rename 'Qt Designer' in Qt Creator's UI and documentation to 'Qt Widgets Designer'.

      This matches the name change that is done from Qt 6.8.0 onwards (QTBUG-122253), and mitigates the risk of confusion with Qt Design Studio / .ui.qml files.
