Files do not disappear from the open documents tab after closing the project, which causes a confusing warning to appear

Qt Creator 13.0.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 3 different projects in Qt Creator.
2. Check open documents tab.
3. Click on one of the projects and close all other projects.
4. Close the one selected.

Expected: The files should disappear from the open documents tab.

Actual: The files are listed there and when clicking on them warning message appears.

Reproducibility:  100%
