ctrl-tab document switcher: arrow keys not working anymore

i've built qtc-14 against qt-6.7.1. there is a changed behavior against earlier version:

old behaviour:

• ctrl-tab
• hold ctrl
• one could use "up" and "down" keyboard keys to navigate the list

new behaviour:

• ctrl-tab
• hold ctrl
• "up" and "down" keys are ignored

on both cases one could tab or shift-tab to navigate the list, though it is a bit less ergonomic to use ctrl-shift-tab with a single hand. not sure if the new behaviour is intended, but it would be great to be able to use up/down keys for navigating the open documents tab
