clang-format hangs on editing tcc.h

While the plugin "ClangFormat" is enabled it is almost impossible to edit the file "tcc.h".

The file is part of the "TinyCC" (git://repo.or.cz/tinycc.git). I imported the project as "Import Existing Project".

Every line break and file save needs longer than 10 seconds though the file has only 2000 lines and includes almost nothing (a few files from the C standard library).
