[regression] UX: Replace field in Find/Replace is not the second on Tab order

When the search/replace panel is activated (via Ctrl+F), the replace text edit is not the second on tab order. In fact, I can't reach it with Tab at all, which makes this a regression.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open a file
2. press Ctrl+F
3. press Tab

Expectation:
Replace field is selected, so I can type what the replacement should be.

Actual behaviour:
Something else is selected.

PS: what's that big, blue E?
