Unclear UI flow after fixing configuration issues

After starting, there were configuration issues shown in the dialog. After having fixed these using the "Fix" button, I got back to the original complains dialog.
It did not recognize the issues is fixed. Pressing the fix button again, will not provide any benefit. Pressing the "ignore" button feels wrong because the issue should not be ignored and they are already fixed.
Maybe the button should be renamed to "Hide messages", unless there is actually some ignoring going on in the background.
