QtCreator Unable to connect to new Device

    Description

      After update to Qt Creator 13.0.1 the device I connect for deployment or debug is considered unconnected. It don`t find the commands, it searches for a base64 but my platform is an ARM 32 bits. The previous version i used QtCreator 12.0.1 worked despite the fact that the commands were equally not found.

      The consequence is that I can`t fetch the device environment anymore, cant`t deploy or debug.
