Elide Doxygen comments shown in the tooltip provided by Clang

By enabling Clang one can read the details about a class/struct being shown in a tooltip. Something like:

But if the Doxygen comments are too long, then some of the info can be missing. Particularly, the size of class/struct:

Eliding the comments can help here.
