Adding static libraries in Qt Creator documentation

"If you plan to build your application from an IDE, you need to register the Qt version explicitly there. For Qt Creator, see Add Qt Versions. With static libraries you may need to define CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH pointing to Qt installation directory on Preferences - Kits - CMake Configuration settings"

This update is needed for Qt 6.8 release.
