QtCreator freezes at Help/Contents page on Windows 10

Compiler: MSVC 2022, Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler 17.8.34330.188 (amd64)

Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2, 19045.4412

Qt 6.5.3, Installed using the online installer (qt-unified-windows-x64-4.7.0-online.exe)

Problems:

• Open QtCreator, Click Help/Contents, QtCreator will freeze.
• Click Edit / Preferences / Help / Filters, QtCreator will freeze.
• Click Edit / Preferences / Help / Documentation, it is empty.
• Click Edit / Preferences / Help / Documentation, Add Qt document from Qt installation directory / Docs, reopen the Documentation, still empty.

Tried QtCreator version:

• From official online installer,  qt-creator-opensource-windows-x86_64-13.0.1.exe, and 13.0.0 (maybe)
• 64 bit QtCreator downloaded from https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qtcreator/
  • 13.0.1
  • 13.0.0
  • 12.0.2

All have the freeze problem.

QT Assistant will able to display QT documents without issue.
