Change background color of offline installers for Qt Creator to be uniform with the background color of the online installers/ Offline installers for Qt framework

      Background color of the offline installers for Qt Creator available at Qt Account have white background color instead of dark black background which is the case for the offline installer for Qt versions or online installer.

      Suggesting making those to look uniform.

      This is the case at least for Windows, did not check the installers for other platforms.
