Checkboxes for provided library integrations

cppcheck has a --library=foo that can be repeated for multiple built-in defines and others.

cppcheck seems to be run just with --library=qt which is very nice.

Though it would be nice to also be able to just checkbox wise enable kde or icu or boost or whatever other 3rdparties you are using and get all the relevant suppression and added defines for that.
