ClangFormat Improvements

1) Implement export and import possibility

2) Create a blog post with clear information on how to use it

3) Lambda indentation

4) Make clear output for a user if something goes wrong

5) Make scrollable .clang-format editor when it is disabled

6) Fix previews. It shows the wrong indentation after opening. The project preview doesn't update after changing the .clang-format file

7) Pass indentation size (TabSettings) from clangformat indenter to build-in indenter(when the size threshold is met e.g.)
