Shouldn't the scan output of issues that Clang Tidy (and Clazy) found, for open files, appear in the "Issues" pane if the user prefers? Going into Debug mode to check the Diagnostics view, visiting and scrolling through each interested file to see if Clang Tidy has found anything, can be really tiring.

Do we really need to run Clang Tidy over the entire code base to be able to have it all under the "Issues" pane?
