Extensions mode: There is no way to restart Qt Creator

    Description

      Most plugins are only loaded after a restart of Qt Creator. There is neither a hint about that after enabling a plugin, nor a way to restart Qt Creator "nicely", i.e. with a single button click, automatically starting Qt Creator with the same arguments and the last session (there is API for this with ICore::askForRestart / ICore::restart)
