In Edit mode on graphic file preview window most shortcuts are not working

Affected shortcuts
Ctrl + 0 - Original Size
Ctrl + + - Zoom In
Ctrl + - - Zoom Out
Ctrl + [ - Switch Background
Crtl + ] - Switch Outline

Issue also valid for Linux platform (Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS)

Steps

1. Open any example project that contains graphic files (.png, .jpg. .svg)
2. Navigate to Edit mode and open such file
3. Use any of listed above shortcut

Result

None of above shortcuts have any effect on displayed file.
