Regression Clang-Tidy inline annotations

      qtc14 doesn't show inline annotations as it was in qtc13.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • disable Perf. - Analyzer - Analyze open files
      • open search and invoke: Analyze Current File with Clang-Tidy

      qtc13 shows inline annotations and qtc14 doesn't, I'm also attaching screenshots.
