      Why

      New License Service (local daemon) is already public source code and can be used by Qt users in their self-built Qt environments. Qt Creator License Checker plugin is still in private repository but should be moved to public so that users can build the whole license checking stack (service + QtC plugin) themselves.

      What

      • Remove legacy named license checking mechanism from licensechecker plugin
      • Remove legacy site-license-server backend support (QLS 2)
      • After code has been cleaned up make tqtc-plugin-licensechecker repo public
