cmake source_group lost the files hierarchy in "Project" sidebar

    Description

      After update from 13.0.0 to 13.0.2 source_group has broken.

      Test with CMake 3.29 & 3.27.

       

      QtCreator 13.0.0 works fine with CMake 3.27
