Time to wait before force-stopping applications

      I'm testing the new preference "Time to wait before force-stopping applications" and it works ok when pressing the "Stop running program" but in my deploy steps I have a "Kill current application instance" step and the behavior is different there, it sends the TERM signal and almost immediately the KILL signal
