    Description

      1. Go to "Edit" -> "Preferences..." -> "Environment" -> "Interface".
      2. Drop down the selection of "Language".
        Here, it starts with "English", "French", "Japanese", "Czech".
        This is confusing and makes it hard so find the right one.
