Android: Some LLDB debugger entries are not recognized anymore on Windows

      The list of auto-registered LLDBs has since recently entries which are not recognizable.

      My first suspect is b56a447a83abf19126764549c4908b8ffedc0375 which removed calling addAndroidLldbPythonEnv. That call was necessary to add the Python location to PATH for using NDK's LLDBs on Windows.
