    Description

      希望增加控件及布局默认设置选项功能，比如以下参数

      新建窗口的大小(现在默认400*300)

      布局的间距等(现在默认是9边6间距)

      每次都要重新设置这些参数，大部分情况下个人都希望间距更小一些，希望增加相关全局设置作为默认控件设置
