Symbol menu - special formatting for forward-declared classes/structs.

      I make heavy use of forward-declared classes/structs and the (excellent) symbol menu above the editor.

      This is a minor thing, but it would be nice if the symbol list distinguised somehow behing class interfaces and forward declerations, perhaps by printing declerations in italics or greying them out.
