建议移动配置按钮到右上角

当项目过多或者配置的项目的过多时这个按钮都会向下移动甚至会超出屏幕下边，需要下拉滚动条才能点击配置按钮

把配置按钮移到右上角不会跟随配置项目数量的多少而移动，相对固定，便于点击

Suggest moving the configuration button to the top right corner

When there are too many items or too many configured items the button moves down or even beyond the bottom edge of the screen, and you need to scroll down to click on the configure button.

Moving the configuration button to the upper right corner does not follow the number of configured items, but is relatively fixed and easy to click.
