      IMHO, the selected 'Android build-tools version' in 'Build Steps/Build Android APK' should be written to 'gradle.properties' as 'androidBuildToolsVersion=x.y.z'. However, this selection is ignored and 'androidBuildToolsVersion' will be set to the highest version of the build tools found in the SDK tree.
