setEnabled() doesn't work visually for Windows 11 light theme

    Description

      Disabled buttons and widgets are displayed perfectly in the dark theme, clearly showing that they cannot be interacted with. Hovewer, in the light theme, they appear as if they are enabled (but still cannot be clicked).
