Debugger view hidden when debugging crash

    Description

      See attached video. Only Creator's window is captured, but what was happening was that a Qt Quick application crashed while being debugged, but instead of the debugger view being visible as it usually is, it was hidden. To make it visible you have to reset the views to their default layout. From then on it works as expected, until Creator is re-opened.
