    Description

       ! [remote rejected]         XYZ -> refs/for/master/mytopic (branch master/mytopic not found)

      Looks like there is a new syntax for pushing with topic, to distinguish from branches mit slashes:

      git push <remote> <sha>:refs/for/<branch>%topic=<topic>
