'Recent Projects' menu item is available even if items are cleared

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create or open some project
      2. Select 'File -> Close Project'
      3. Select 'File -> Recent Projects -> Clear Menu'

      Results:
      'Recent Projects' menu item is not dimmed like in Windows and Linux. Same applies to 'Recent Files' and 'Close Project >' menu items.
