QEvent::type enum is often shown wrong in the debugger

It cannot have a bunch of flags ORed together, but the debugger often says that it is. And it's not clear on the context menu how to change the display format of an enum to just show the numeric value... that could at least be a workaround for when it's confused about enum values.
