Require acceptance of terms & conditions for AI extensions

The legal department requires that all Qt-provided extensions that enable users to utilize artificial intelligence need the users to explicitly agree to AI-specific terms & conditions before they can utilize the extension. 

The legal department also requires that the user's agreement is recorded so that it is possible to audit when the user agreed to the terms & conditions.

Additionally, it is possible - as the AI-implementations and corresponding regulations move rapidly - that the terms & conditions have a different lifecycle from the actual extensions, and thus tracking which version of the t&c a user has agreed to prevents the need to require agreement repeatedly if the t&c contents remain unchanged.
