Functionality to install extensions from a file

    Description

      As a developer (or an adventurous user) I want to be able to install extensions that are not published by Qt. 

      This functionality is essentially what "file -> about plugins" provides currently.

      Possible implementation: A button in the EM that allows this (can be very non-prominent).
