    Description

      To 0.191 or such, which is a prerequisite for building with LLVM/Clang on Windows/ARM64 where there isn't a native ARM64 GCC target (yet?). See the linked task.

      I see that https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt-creator/elfutils.git/log/?h=12.0 has some patches on top of upstream, no idea which are actually needed.
