List Qt Creator license in documentation

    Description

      THe documentation doesn't seem to list the licenses Qt Creator is available under. It would be good to add something like

      Qt Creator is available under commercial licenses from The Qt Company, and under the GNU General Public License version 3, annotated with The Qt Company GPL Exception 1.0.
      Furthermore, Qt Creator may contain third-party modules under [permissive licenses|ttps://doc.qt.io/qtcreator/creator-acknowledgements.html]. Finally, independent extensions can extend Qt Creator with licenses of their choice.
