Help pages created by Doxygen rendered incorrectly

    Description

      Custom *.qch file created by Doxygen are not rendered correctly in recent versions of QtCreator. See attached screenshots from an ancient QtCreator 2.4.1 compared to 14.0.1.

      Also there is an issue with the light/dark themes generated by Doxygen 1.10+, which can only be avoided by disabling theme switching.
