Options dialog minimum size should be reduced

      I occasionally use Creator on a netbook (1024x600) resolution and this dialog doesn't fit on my screen. The minimum height restriction appears arbitrary and should be removed.

      I know that significant effort was spent on making Creator small-screen friendly in the past (1.3x).
