Rework the Qt Creator theme names

    Description

      Currently the Qt Creator themes are named in an unorganized fashion, there are multiple lights and darks with qualifiers that are not clear to the reader. 

      Within this task, craft a plan which themes shall be available, and under which names.

      New Dark theme ("Broccoli")  Dark (default)
      New Light theme ("Broccoli")  Light (default)
