'Open Workspace...' doesn't generate .qtcreator folder

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a new 'Qt Quick Application' project
      2. Close the project
      3. Select 'File -> Open Workspace...' and select the project folder created in step 1

      Result:
      .qtcreator folder is not generated in the project folder.
