ExtensionManager: Display the short description on cards and details-top

The short summary is currently shown as initial part of the description, followed by the long description.

The long description should be shown by its own. And the short description moves to other places.

Instead of Tags, display the 1-liner short description on the bottom of the card and the bottom of the details-top.
